Mandarake

I have two questions:

01. Have anyone purchase a cel from their homepage? (Not the auction)

02. Do they retouch cels?
(I heard Mandarake is known for retouching some cels but famously don't bother with the Sailor Moon cels).

I am only asking because my cel is over ten years old but it's strange that the lines are so black and it looks like it's been retouched a bit.
