In the new version of RS, can there be a link to the Frequently Asked Questions and Terms of Service on the "New User" and "Site Info" pages? Unless the newbie is clever enough to look under the Resources link, they won't come across a copy of the site's rules until they've made themselves an account and possibly violated a rule or two.

It might help cut down on the number of sites that poor JWR has to temporarily close. I noticed another such site this afternoon.


(As a side note, once the gallery has been delisted by a moderator, any blog posts should disappear off the front page --- and they don't.)
