Help with code in corner of CCS Cel!
I wonder if you guys can help me.
I recently bought a Cardcaptor Sakura Cel (See my page if you want a look^^. I know that it's a bank cel (It's of a card release sequence)But the code in the corner puzzles me. It looks like B-9P. I know that the B is the layer, and the 9 is the cel number -but What does the 'p' mean? It may just be a number, but it looks very much like a 'p'.
Thankies^^
It might be B-9E (i.e., the end key cel). I have some CCS end keys that are just numbered in the upper right corner, but most are labeled with an "E" or even "END." The letters can look lopsided and rather odd, so it's possible that your "P" is an "E." I can't think what else it could be.
If you have this ep. on tape or DVD, try slowing down this sequence to see if your cel is the very last one. That would clinch it.
Thanks -I think you may be right -I'll dig out the dvd a bit later and see^^
It might also be a second number. I was just thinking that these bank sequences have more than nine images before the end cel. Japanese 4's look a little like P's so it could be B-94 (some banks go up to -125 in numbering!)
Got it: it's a backwards nine. I saw a "p" cel last week on YHJ, and the dealer read the character as a nine. And then my most recent acquisition has a layer that looks like "bpe" or "Dpe." I was confused like you until I realized that this must be D9e[end].
So your cel is B99, which seems like a lot, but I know some other banks went up to A95 at least. And your cel shows the very end of the bank, where Sakura is just about to seal the card, so this makes sense too.
