Forums are now synchronized

Old forum and new forum should both produce the same results. Working on getting the new forum interface ready for prime time. After that, the only obstacle is making the side navs work. I'll probably throw the switch on an open beta. The existing beta access system is giving people trouble so I will be changing that up as well.

We're getting very close!

I just realized that people on the live beta site may be seeing anything from no changes to total garbled nonsense. My copy on my local computer works great. :)

I'll try to push a new build out tonight.
