Goals of the Redesign

i would be more inclined to sell on RS than EBay and have Jason take a cut of my commission with a small listing fee. The policies on EBay protect more buyers than sellers (inequality), which deters me from selling on their site period. Plus, in my opinion, the DSR (detailed seller rating) hurts long time members with 100% feeback and hardly sell. It makes shipping items nearly impossible b/c PayPal holds all funds (including shipping) if your DSR is under 10. On a side note, will RS sponsor benefits change or become more streamlined for all members? I know I am a sponsor site but haven't been a continuous donor, due to certain personal reasons, but I definitely want to get back into the groove. What will change? What perks were you thinking about?
