She had an offer period in anime-beta and since I wanted a Chapel cel here

She tried to ask me for more money but my offer was firm, after a couple of days she wrote back saying she'll accept my offer. Needless to say she never sent the cel, initially claiming she had no packing material suitable for the cel (after I posted a second time publically on her sale thread). It's been over a month and she's not bothered to reply.
Honestly, I'm more disappointed by the fact that when I met her in person at ACEN a few years ago, she seemed like a friendly person and an avid collector of TRIGUN. I also did her a few favors by buying some FMA sketches she liked at the now defunct anicyo (I also have a beef with anicyo but that's another story). So to me this person seemed like a less likely person to rip me off, but oh well I've been wrong before... Anyway beware of her.
It wasn't a big loss to me but I do feel -pity- for this girl who chose to exchange her rep for such a measly amount of dollars. I don't know what bad situation she's in to do something so desperate... I don't condone it nor will I tolerate such behavior. Everyone has got their own problems after all.
