Eh, it was something stupid (partially of my own doing) that was making it harder than it should have been. All the new form fields should be live.

Purchase Source, Purchase Date, Cost, and Condition are all private. Gallery visitors can only see this stuff if they have the gallery password.

Cel number is public information.
