can chat without being logged in

It has come to my attention that I can actually continue to participate in chat and be not officially logged on to RS anymore when I logged off in another tab by accident. lol When I opened the My account in the Forum in a new tab, I must log back in-- but, i'm able to click back and still chat without actually being logged in. Jason, you may want to fix that. lmao

I think this might be a related issue, but the site no longer saves my login info. I have to log in every time I chat, post to the forum, etc., even though I've checked Save my password. Am I the only one whose cookie is broken?

The way Jason explained it was that the Lobsters have eaten all the cookies.

Actually as he continues to progress on certain portions of the site some things most likely be a little wonky.
