Looks like the usual spam/junk. Spammers and bots have been sending junk feedback like this through RS for quite some time now -- it seems some folks get more than others. Best thing to do is just delete and ignore it.

We think spambots might also be starting to reply to forum posts too. We see really old threads getting bumped from very new users or users with LOW post counts. Sometimes these users just copy/paste old posts so it seems weird!!!
