Neko-con in Hampton VA (near Virginia Beach) is having a cel collectors meet-up and panel to talk about, inform & show cel collections. I think the event is planned for Sat night right before the "Anime; back in the good ol'days" panel which should blend in nicely! Nekocon will be held on Nov 6-8, 2009.
