Coming Soon - A Violation of Terms?

Hi, I wanted to get some input before I made a 'Coming Soon' section.

The rules state that items shown in our galleries have to be in our possession; so do 'Coming soon' catagories - items which you own but don't yet hold - violate this?

I've also seen some people with "I bought this but never got it" and "I've sold this" catagories - would these be violations as well?

Sorry for the bother, I just want to get it straight in my head before creating anything that could lead me astray!

Coming soon sections are ok for once one pays for an item it is considered theirs even if it is in transit.

The only real problem we have had is with some coming soon sections in which the items are hidden. Since when updated the front page shows that the gallery has updated but when one clicks on the gallery nothing shows. This can frustrait some who would like to see whats new. A lot have titled their section "coming soon (hidden)" so when it updates on the front page people know not to click on it.

The "I sold this" sections are a grey area for the images are ok so long as the new owner does not object. If they do then the image must be removed.

@ JWR I thought we had to have in our possession every cel displayed in our gallery? Question about "sold cels", they are not in our possession, right? So they should not be displayed anymore. I remember the rules stated "Reminder: You must have in your possession every cel on your site. No filedumps. Any violation of these three rules will result in an instant site ban."" Have the rules changed?
