Jpeg vs. Jpg

I noticed this quirk some time ago, but I have always forgotten to post it.

Manage cels> add new cel>...

Sometimes I have noticed for some reason that if I upload a cel image with the "jpeg" extention, I will not have a problem with a large image, but for the thumbnail image upload I will. It simply will not materialize. And it may have something to do with the size of the image, but that is just a guess.

Because soon after tinkering around a bit,

I noticed that if I changed the extention of the image from "jpeg" to "jpg", I could then create a thumbnail with no problem.
