Need help, new to collecting

Ginga is correct: Chobits, Wolf's Rain and Fruits Basket are all CG-only series, so no cels are available. I believe there are some Chobits and FB sketches for sale in the Rubberslug Shop. Wolf's Rain items are quite rare and will be much harder to find, although Mandarake often auctions off sets during their semi-annual BWAs.

I heard Wolf's Rain sketches are more difficult and expensive to obtain than other CG series as well. Is that due to the studio and/or/both its popularity?

I remember seeing a set for auction on Anicyo for 40,000 yen to start and thought, "Wow, that's the price of a rare bank cel!"
