Promotion Cel- The Real Ghostbusters!

Hey everyone! I just joined this awesome site given that I couldn't get my cel-info needs on google. This site rocks!!!

So I just got my very first 80's animation cel but its a promotional cel as opposed to a production cel. It's from "The REAL Ghostbusters" and I don't know what it's actually worth. I have seen the same exact cel on ebay but without any character shade detailing, background or the Ghostbuster Logo present. Those looked very "incomplete" I'm curious as to what everyone thinks and any advice on its history would be greatly appreciated! Oh, I'm also thinking about re-framing it. I live in NY so if anyone has any advice on top notch specific cel-framing stores, I'm all ears, thanks again!
