Are CCS Clow Card cels hard to collect?

I have only seen the first two episodes of CCS and I just adore the clow cards.Before I get tempted to even look at such cels I was wondering what the rarity is of cels that feature clow cards since those are the ones I would like to collect.I don't want to get into collecting a series that my wallet can't handle.Shoujo Kakumei Utena is bad enough!

Well....I have about 5 cels of the cards themselves....
I think that the card that you will probably have the most luck at finding is the VOID (from the final CCS movie) (I have 2 cels of her and 1 sketch) mostly because I seem to see those pop up the most frequently....(price range for cels of her are around $50-$150)

*I think that there are 50 cards, or was it 52? and I think that all appear in at least one ep...except for like 3 cards (I don't remember correctly ^^;)
*Rarity depends on the card you are looking for, the cards that I've seen pop up the most are:
*THE WINDY, the TWINS, and Firey......
Price depends on the card and how close/or far it is....So I can't really tell you about the price of each cel, except that if you are lucky you will find a nice shot for $40.....Just be on the look out....

I can handle anything up to $300.I hate being on a budget!Im saving up to hopefully buy this cel.

Provided I can find out who the owner is.I want to make an offer of $3,000 dollars or more so hopefully I can pry it from them.All other cel buying is on a budget for now.

It depends on the card you're looking for. Some cards, such as Dash(the furry Espeon-looking creature), are impossibly hard to find. Others, like Windy, are easier to find due to the amount of episodes that they were used in. Most cels of the Clow Cards themselves go for $20-$150, and sketches, depending on the image, may be slightly cheaper.

One of the best places to find artwork in on Yahoo Japan. You'll need to sign up for a deputy(ie. Shoppingmalljapan, Rinkya, Celga) to use YJ, but there's a seller who will update with new items weekly. He(it's a 'he', I met him in Japan) generally sells a lot of CCS backgrounds, and most of these come with layout sketches. This is also a really good way to find artwork of the Clow Cards.
