Also, if you click "Make Thumbnail" and your browser takes you to your "My Account" page, then you've encountered the glitch Kizu was talking about (you're supposed to see your main pic and your thumbnail on the same page when the thumbnail-making button works). If you log out and then log back in, the thumbnail button should work for a while. Or you can make your own, like Kizu suggested. Having RS make them is really easy, but if you want to do anything fancy with them, you've got to make them yourself and upload them. ^_^
