I also have one in a frame. You can see that the cel/background has been trimmed but I was lucky the sequence # still shows. Like someone else mentioned here it was probably trimmed to fit in the frame. Not really sure why they did this but I had always assumed that they were purchased directly from Toei.

Thank you for all the information on the cels. We will be putting them up for sale, but currently we are very busy getting ready to head to the US as we have a booth at Anime Expo starting this week. If you will be attending AX you can find us at both# 111. We will only be bringing a few cels along with us. If you want to take a look at the few we are bringing please stop by our booth. Once we have decided on the price of the cels we will let all interested parties know the prices.
