Don't see cels in search

Hi, I just opened my first rubberslug gallery. Only problem, I've noticed so far, is that I don't see my cels in the search results, when I put a search. Is that just temporary, because I'm still green or do I have to do something else. Thanks

Hello there and welcome to the wide world of anime cel collecters! Someone will get around to adding the new cels to the search page, it may take some time before they can get around to it but it will get done. Hope this eases your curiosity,

You've come into contact with one of the little oddities of rubberslug. When you post a new cel, the series search updates automatically. But the characters don't show up on the character search until sometime later, since they have to be updated manually. Looking at my own gallery, it looks as if the character search hasn't been updated for at least four months.

I remember when I first joined RS it was half a year... In all cases though I think even a month is too long. I can't recall the reason why though... Was it due to bandwidth? If bandwidth is not an issue wouldn't it be easier to establish a cron job instead of hitting a button every few months?
