Cel line restoration

Well, I know S/R charges hundreds of dollars for restoration, so it might not be worth it for most anime cels. If you're an artist, you'd probably be better off purchasing some acetate and ink. A lot of fancel artists have pointers on where to purchase the supplies. Though, if you only have a cel or two to fix, it might be cheaper to just pay for someone else to do it, since you probably have to buy acetate in bulk.
