EBAY BUYER SCAMMER
Hello Everyone:
This is what all of us that sell things of ours on Ebay really dread, a buyer with a grudge after leaving him negative feedback. I have tried to maintain a good standing on Ebay for this guy to mess it up for me after all this time it just infuriates me.
I check his feedback before anything, he has good standing feedback so I see no problem and let his bid go on. He wins 1 auction from me I sent him an invoice not knowing he is going to participate in another auction that ends the following day. He doesn't write letting me know of his intentions, but that is not a problem yet. When I see he wins the second auction I send him a new invoice with the correction done. I wait the 3 days the allow in my auction for payment being done and the guys is no where to be found, so I sent him another invoice and write him again through Ebay just to make sure that he gets the message, no answer. I tell him in that final message that I don't go after buyers for them to make their payments that he has one more day to take care of the matter or if there is a problem with the payment to get back to me and see if something can be worked out, no response.
This morning I go to my paypal account to check yet again if any payment from him had come, no payment, no email in return for nothing so I am thinking this guy is a regular Houdini or a magician and has just made disappearing act on me. I give him negative feedback for his lack of communication and for not paying for the item on the time by the rules set by my auction mind you. Well what do you know all of a sudden Houdini appears asking me how much would be for insurance, but the kick is this he had already given negative feedback in retaliation for his negative feedback but is writing me asking me how much would it be for the extra service. Like the famous words of that Saturday Night Live character The Church Lady "WELL, ISN'T THAT SPECIAL".
He has the gull to give me negative feedback before asking for a service which he is already late asking for and has not responded to any of my messages before the negative feedback. Now you tell me what did I do wrong here, other than let this guy participate in my auction. That is why I am posting his Ebay id name here, you may want to consider or not letting this guy participate on your auctions or not. The id name is: CWLHK-HK and he is from Hong Kong...
Thanks for hearing me out and I am sorry for taking your time....

In times like this, I hope that the problem was a lack of communication and not a dead beat buyer....But Alas....-_-
I know how that goes...I had a non payer for a buyer that won an item that went as high as $300..And he did not pay...the item was sold later for much lower.
SO I hope that this does not happen to you again, since it is a bad experience...
The funny part was where he gave you the bad feedback and then asked about insurance lol...the guts the guy has!!!!!!Did he speak in broken english??? What did his feedback say????
-anywho..I wish that you don't deal with this type of people anymore....
Thanks for the input...
I don't mind working with people but as long as they follow your rules because in the end it is your auction. They just want to do things their way and expect you to just play along and not do anything. We all know the headaches that someone that doesn't pay or doesn't adhere to the rules of an auction causes, that is why is so upsetting to most of us when it happens we know that we more than likely lose a purchase because for the most part the person that came in second usually spends what ever they were going to spend else where and the filing an non paying claim and just going through all the headaches that comes with this process. I am sorry for the International buyers but this guy just ruined it for most of you I am sorry to say, I will no longer deal with International buyers unless they have dealt with me before. It is just not worth it, too many barriers in some cases...
Funny turn of events, I wrote this guy that I was going to continue fighting all the way til then end to have his negative feedback removed from my file because obviously he was in the wrong and he had giving me all the right reasons for the feedback he got through our Ebay correspondence. On top of that he can't hide away from the facts, so I got a bit more bold in telling him what I thought about the whole situation and how dumb was his argument because he was giving me all this time the right reasons as of why things happened and went the way they did. In doing so he was admitting that he had done wrong and that it proved that it was retaliatory and ill deserved the feedback that he had given me because in the end he didn't follow the rules of the auction. So he wants to for both of us to withdraw our negatives, but I told him that only if he admits and corrects his mistake for saying what he said, now I wait....
Some people even when they are wrong they insist they are right
