Trouble using the RS shop...

Hello,

I'm trying to put a few cels for sale in the shop for the first time, and everytime I try to submit a new item, I get the message "Upload size is greater than the maximum allowed..."
I have reduced the size of the image to less than 10KB, and the size in pixels is no greater than that of the images I have checked out in the shop (usually 300x240 or something approaching).
Am I doing something wrong? What is the actual maximum size that is allowed?

If I recall correctly, I got that message every time I put something in the shop (regardless of how small I made the images), but the items still showed up in the shop just fine. Try clicking on a few random items from other users and then "click image to enlarge"...most of them are larger than your KB and/or pixel sizes.

Hi, about the shop.... you have to post with JPG images or else it will not accpet it. I hope that helps!

Thank you both for your answers. I do use JPEG images but the items still don't show up in the shop :-/

Oh god, I finally realized I just had to click on the "start" link to actually....start the sale (how stupid can I be?). So yeah, the error message means nothing after all.
