Minor gripe: X/1999 Seishirou TestHanken

First question: How many of those did they make?
I'd been under the assumption that there was only one set. The close up, and the full length.

So... I'm trolling ebay on the rare occasion, and come across this:

Looks suspiciously like this:

Upon close scrutiny, I notice the only difference besides line fading and that little neko sticker on mine (*cough* and the fab carpet background), is that mine also has the highlights on the jacket, whereas theirs does not.
(And I paid less than what they're asking for theirs.)

I purchased mine from asylum anime, whom I trust for anime artwork.

Am I wrong to think this is a fake on ebay? Or am I mistaken, and they made more than one? O_o

By Defination there can be more than 1 test cel for their purpose is try different detail/color combinations to see what one eventually decides upon. And yes yours is much nicer and most likely closer to the final concept used.

I know that there are at least two of each of the X test cels that you are discussing, since a set came out of two different dealers. I have not seen anything to make me believe there are more than two
