Why cant I find a SS cel?!

Hello!

I currently have a Hotaru cel on E-bay with a low buy price ($125), for anyone's who's interested:

Still haven't seen Saturn, but I would strongly recommend the Yahoo Japan auctions, I've seen her there twice. Once was the really expensive one, the other was not as good a shot, but more reasonable price, but by reasonable I think it was like $500 or something like that. (This was a while ago.)

Probably with Hotaru/Saturn is everyone wants a cel of her, but not everyone can get one since she appeared so rarely.
