General Outlaw Star Question

Hello Everyone!
I was hoping that someone could answer my question as to where all these opening, ending and introduction cels are!? In fact, has anyone ever seen one for outlaw star? I have been collecting them for years and have began to question that they were not released, CG or something else... I have yet to yet to see any pan cels but I am positive that they are out there somewhere. If someone knows these exist please quench my thirst!

hmmm...

You know, I went back and rewatched some of my favorite episodes last night and now believe that most of those detailed pan cels and introductions are probably watercolor! But I am hoping that someone knows where to get this information from!!
