Older Dragonball Z Cell How rare?

I have been offered a Chi Chi cel which is from the earliest season of DBZ. I have seen cels from the other sagas but not the early stuff. How pricey or tough is it?

It's a direct shot of her with arms folded and pist. I ask because the guy wants $60 for it and it looks nice, but just don't want to get nailed on the price.

If it's fills most of the acetate (or rather a nice close up shot) then I would feel that $60 is a fair price. I know prices have dropped these past few years for DBZ cels. High quality or rare shots still go for high prices but mediocre shots are usually pretty cheap now.
