Anime Cel Box

Wondering if anyones ever purchased stuff from Anime Cel Box a japanese site they seem hard to communicate with!

I've never had a problem with ACB. I've bought most of my Gokudo cels from them and I still frequent their site. I read your dilemma @ Anime-Beta, and others have vouched for them. I hope you get in touch with them because they are one of the better cel dealer sites out there. Maybe you just caught them during some down time, but keep trying to get in touch with them.
