What are the name and address the seller asked you to send payment to? As it seems to create a new account whenever it needs to hide, that would likely be a better identifying mark than froglady9261 ...

Thanks everyone for your support (makes me feel better)Because i am not located in the US, (thats right im down under in Australia!) it always takes ages to receive items in the post by the time you question the seller and follow with ebay and question the seller and follow up with ebay (repeatly with no answer) i finally gave up. It just is annoying everytime i see it pop up on ebay because i really did want the cel :( Being international also made it harder to track down with any sort of authorities, no paypal meant no traceability with payment and no answer from the seller meant i was mouthing off into cyberspace...... i considered spamming.... plotting revenge but where does it get you... frustrated, angry and nowhere. I know the cel community isnt like that its the first time i have never received a cel from buying from someone, so i guess i just let it slide. I just didnt want it happening to someone else!
