Prince of Tennis identification

Hello, I have just updated with a couple of Prince of Tennis sketches. I need an ident on a character.

I think he is from Fudiminae. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Oh and I don't know how to post the pic. You will have to go to my site shadowcat's mostly dbz gallery. You have to look in the cels that are new section.
