Cannot receive feedback from RS site

Hey guys!
Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as I am.
I have not been able to receive emails via RS feedback site for the past few months.
I just found out through a couple of folks that they had tried to email me and I never responded back. Well I tested it out under 2 diff accounts and still no emails.

You may need to verify that feedback is set up to send to your current email address. A lot have changed their emails over the years but not updated it in their account and as such the feedback bounces.

Yup I already did.
I setup the email addy in the user information (profile) to 2 diferent
address and tried both but nothing. I even feedback to myself and still na-da =.=

Im scratching my head over this one..

Hmmm I looked into this just now and the answer is that I don't know. This is one of those things that should either work for everyone or be broken for everyone and it appears to be working for me, at least.

Anyone else out there having problems with their feedback not being sent to the right address?

- Is your mailbox full?
- Are messages from RS being dumped into spam folder?
- I notcied that your address is an *.edu address... does your university auto-filter things that it thinks are spam?

Nope to all of em.

Ive always used the college .edu address but even so, I did change it to 2 others just to be on the safe side. One an aol account and the other a hotmail and still nothing gets there.

Right now its set to the aol one.

Do you think maybe it has something to do w/ the fact the account was reactivated after I had it closed at one point?

I just cant figure this one out =.='
