CPanel help

I finally broke down and purchased more webspace. When offered the option for CPanel, I said, "sure."

Now I'm so confused! At this point, all I want to do is add the html and create the page and I'm not sure how to even do that. What I've figure out so far is how to upload images and create folders. Can anyone recommend a good tutorial, a kind of CPanel for dummies as I'm still a novice at this whole designing web pages thing? Thanks!
