I just started a cel gallery with rubberslug here ^-^:

I was wondering if anyone has any cels I'm looking for? I would especially love to find an opening cel of Gabriel where you can see his wonderful blue eyes ^-^.

You might try one of the Deputy Services for Yahoo Japan. Given what you're looking for, it's more likely that it will come up on the Japanese market than in the US. Be ready to throw some yen: Cowboy Bebop cels seem very tight and sought-after right now.
