CCS Waltz cel for sale.

I like this cel very much but I feel it needs a better home. I'm pretty easy going, so don't be afraid to send in offers or ask questions. I'd like to get roughly what I paid, but that may not happen and I'm a realistic person. If you'd like to know what I paid in order to make an offer, just contact me via RS feedback. If you feel that amount is too high, please send an offer that reflects what you feel the cel is worth.

Edit: The minimum for offers is $100. I will entertain anything over that.

Cel is Waltz scene from the Card Captor Sakura movie. I've scanned this cel on plain white paper, displaying the sequence number (A 29) and the registration holes. Does not include sketch. Sorry if the scan is kinda blah, I did it in a hurry. The cel is in great condition.

I'm open to payment plans. In fact, I will accept higher offers with more liberal payment plans if the buyer is serious. So if you want to offer more but need more time to pay, that's fine. Those details can be worked out on an individual basis. All I require is a deposit and some kind of regular incremental payment. If you break our agreement, you forgo any payments you've made and lose out on the cel.

I accept money orders and Paypal. If you will be using a bank account or credit card through paypal, please tell me in advance. It will determine which account I will accept your payments from. Domestic and international shipping rates will be based on your address.

I'd like to get roughly what I paid, but that might be a pipe dream. ^_^ If you would like to know what I paid in order to make an offer, please PM me. If the price I paid is too high for you, please feel free to send an offer reflecting what you think it's worth.

Depending on the response, I may eventually post this on the JACML and possibly eBay. We'll see.

It's a fantastic cel from a sequence that, I believe, many CCS collectors desire. Since Li and Sakura whirl around during this sequence, I think it can be hard to find a cel where you see both their faces.

The holidays are just a tough time to sell, I think. A lot of folks have spent their "cel money" on Christmas gifts and such. Plus, a lot of stuff has been coming up for sale lately, both from private collections and on YJ and Ebay. I'm sure it'll sell, and for the price you want, too ... it just might take a bit of time.
