RS Background Gallery Question

In the past week I have uploaded almost 35 backgrounds to the RS background gallery. Today when I was placing my last background the site would not accept it no matter what. It's sized appoximately the same as the other bgs I added and I followed the DPI/size rules as instructed on the page.

The question I have is there a limit as to how many backgrounds each member can add to the RS gallery? Is there a daily limit? It would have been nice to be able to add this background for others however its no big deal since it's just a plain yellow colored one.
