A little of topic but.....

I live in Los Angeles CA and now and then, I have been seeing ordinary people dressed to look like police officers(not the actual uniform but as close as they can get without braking the law) riding police motorcycles on the freeway.
Last week I am driving on the 405 and I see this bike cop behind me so I transform into nanny-driver mode, only to find out that the guy was an impostor. I know that you can buy old police cars and bikes on an auction but whats with the get up? These wanna bees wear the same helmet the same leather jacket, the shades and those long leather boots.
I just wanted to know If I am the only here that came across one of these.........

We have that problem in Texas but it's quite serious. The people who do that sort of thing tend to be dangerous and assault or take advantage of people that are fooled by their attire and vehicle. It's a shame, I'm not sure why or how they get away with that behavior.
