E and no. 46?

I just noticed that in my Explorer title bar that it reads "E*46", and that has not been there before. Usually it just reads "E" (of course the title of my gallery) but what is the number 46 for?
Am know that I was here much earlier than 46 as far as RS "officially" posted galleries go.
