rant rant rant *cry* rant

So, he made massive errors (even if he made errors on forms for international sales like yours by only applying 2/3s of the proper forms, what's his excuse for the domestic orders?), then only had webmail (and ebay; during the time he was refusing to answer my emails that there was a problem, he continued to sell items on eBay every few weeks, and presumably was able to answer messages regarding those sales). Assuming only massive incompetence, how does this excuse him from being a terrible seller? Why does the absence of malice from such incredible and wide ranging failure warrant the removal of negative feedback? Why is it he is even now incapable of answering my email regarding what exactly the "mail problems" were regarding my item, and what tracking number was involved (his business practice is to have tracking numbers), even after he sent a request to mutually withdraw feedback (which makes me suspect that he never sent it at all, as he didn't send it inititally and didn't send it with another item I won from him later on that he said he would send it with)?

All originalanimearts has been willing to do for me is leave negative feedback to extort a withdrawal of my negative feedback. When you called him on his bull for relisting the item you won, all he did was sell you the item for (what ebay likes to remind you of every time you place a bid) what you contracted for (plus all the hoops you had to jump through to deal with his idiocy). I see no reason to leave anyone with an impression of him other than negative, whether his terrible practices are due to simple incompetence or something more.

Well, I am pretty glad that you were at least able to obtain your cel in the end, and now we all of a heads up on the seller. I am sorry that you had to go through all of that trouble! May the cel gods bless your future transactions ^.^

if someone reads over his feedback remarks (which any intelligent person would do before they make a purchase) they will see the comment I left. which sums up my problem with him.

I also reported him to ebay.

simply, there was one major mess up on his behalf and a lot of people didnt get their cels. a lot of people were angry and upset. he should have delt with it better. his excuse was he was moving house at this time. I dont know whether to believe this or not.

after emailing him about the cel being relisted, he's been nothing but responsive. emailing me about 4 or 5 times in total and then sending the item out to me within a week.personally, as far as my own ethics go,i thought it would be unfair to keep the neg there after this.

I'm not excusing him for his actions. I'm giving him a second chance.

I think his problem is he basically lists too much at once and cant keep up with it.

as i said, my comment is still there for people to read.

oh and thanks sailorsv13, i didnt know there was a cel god. maybe i should pray to him more ;)

Situations like this give me plenty room for pause and that is why I do my best to avoid working with sellers/dealers I do not know and/or cannot have a significant number of people to vouch for. *Wishing you better cel karma in the future.*
