netscape fixes & more

Today is Rubberslug day! Fixes so far include making this site agree more with Netscape browsers. Netscape is still not recommended for the site building tools but you should be fine surfing the site and member galleries if this is your browser of choice.

A few behind the scenes things have also been done. Hopefully, these can be finished sometime this weekend.
