I'm trying to be more careful these days, but it's not always easy to tell from the photos on yahoo japan. Your advice about not spending too much is certainly the most sensible approach.

Although one does get carried away sometimes. I recently bid rather large amounts on two sketches, thinking I might get at least one. Then I won both of them. That's in the good news/bad news category. There was no question of their authenticity, however, and I really do like having them in my gallery. Now if only my wife doesn't find out how much I spent....
