Thumbnail feature not working?

I'm trying to add new images to my gallery, but when I click 'Create Thumbnail' it redirects me back to My Account and does not create a thumbnail. Is this a temporary bug?

In a lot of cases you must log out then back in again , go to manage cels , hit edit then retry the thumbnail. That's what I need to do when that little bug happens to me.
