Hm, some areas of concern after quickly reading your site info. So user payments are due ASAP once you win an auction? Other deputy services allow a grace period from 20 - 30 days. Not a winning point.

Per the FAQs, "Before you place a bid, you will have to deposit the full amount of your bid into your account. You are not allowed to place a higher amount than you have in your account."

IMO requiring a deposit via Paypal only to make a bid, since you don't require credit cards is actually counterproductive. By actually requiring the funds to be transferred into your account -this entire process takes precious time-instead of having a credit card on file that the user authorizes the deputy service to conveniently increase their bidding limit almost instantly. Per your FAQs, "[If you don't win an auction] You can request a refund and withdraw your deposit, or you can leave it in your account to fund future auctions. We try to immediately handle your refund requests in our office hours. However transfering your funds back to your paypal account can take some few days." As such, the users are actually spending monies before they ever even place one bid and the funds get tied up even if they do not win.

While it is true all users should have the full funds they need to pay for an item, this method will exclude some customers who do not use paypal and prefer to keep it on a credit card to avoid unnecessary paypal commission fees. Paying through paypal with a credit card still incurs fees. This is important to note if you do use paypal b/c the FAQs specifically state, "You may receive a refund within 60 days of the PayPal transfer date. After 60 days, you may still receive a refund, but you will have to pay PayPal a commission. If you want a refund, please go through the 'refund' button in the member area. We try to immediately handle your refund requests in our office hours. However transfering your funds back to your Paypal account can take some few days."

I am sure there are other areas of concern, but I hope all interested parties carefully read the terms and especially the fees and FAQs sections.

Thanks for informing us about this new service.
