Can't make a thumbnail

I keep getting this error message, "Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Also my gallery is not opened yet but the that shouldn't affect the thumbnail feature. Mods, Jason... help? THanks!

Should also mention when I click on create thumbnail after the larger image is added I get automatically taken back to the MY ACCOUNT page. I think something is wrong, please help!

It looks like the problem cleared itself up, but if this happens again, you just need to log out of your account and log back in. Then, go to "Manage Artwork," pick the series and then the cel that you want to edit, and you'll have the option to make a thumbnail.

That is true, often you need to logout and then login... but even then, sometimes it helps to remove the cookies too. I wonder if anyone else is experiencing these tech concerns and if so, do you have any other tips on how to handle this? Thanks!
