It is late... so i may be wrong about this, but i beleive the highest i have spent was... $60. lol There was one cel i wanted for $175(was WELL worth the money too!) but someone else got it before me >_> oh well.So still for now... $60 is the highest i have spent. That was for a cel of Mamoru from Sailor Moon.
