Question regarding DB cels

Hi,

I'm curious... I've recently seen many cels of DB with a blue frame like this one:

Are all cels with that blue frame original cels or are just copies?

Someone else may have a LOT more knowledge when it comes to this, but when Toei released some of their cels from the studio, they included that blue "frame." From my experience, it seems to happen when the cel comes with the entire set-up (cel, douga, and exposure sheet). I don't think if you see the blue frame you should *assume* the cel is real, but that one looks authentic enough to me. It looks as if they've taken the cel out of the bag so perhaps the set has been broken up, but the frame has remained with the cel.

Essentially it's a cool little extra goodie from the production studio. :)
