Nakano have Englishing speaking staff who are high on oxygen and poppers. They can't talk over the phone and find English easier in person for some reason. It is disheartining (sp?!) when you shift through over 800 cels and not find anything you're looking for though. Personally I'd have to have alot of time on my hands to be able to go to those places again, and even if I were successful, there's always taking the cel back overseas, damage risk, etc.
