This is pathetic, as if they don't have anything more important to address and deal with immediately? *rolls eyes* Hello, the billion dollar deficit, education, researching health cures, excessive military spending, illegal immigrants, the list is so long it is sad....

As I read this, it is simply an attempt to find people with foreign bank accounts. I use PayPal a lot, and I can't say that this bothers me. There's nothing in it about going after undeclared profits made on eBay, for example. (Of course, that may come.)

I have enough trouble hanging onto my money in this country, without worrying about putting it into foreign accounts!
