Animations in gallery

Anyone know how to get an animated gif to run in a gallery? I posted a gif that runs as an animation when I look at it in the manage artwork section, but when I go to look at it in the gallery, only the first image is visible, the rest of the gif does not run.

There's a couple things you can do...

1. Ask visitors to click on the main image to see the animation.
2. Go to "Gallery Settings" and change "Automatically Scale Images" to "No."

However, the latter will affect your entire gallery: your images will no longer be split into four or scaled down, which may or may not affect your layout.

Strange, the gif seems to work now. I wonder if it was a problem with the Safari browser.
