Ummm... it's not only an insult for any webmaster worth his title, but doesn't everyone have "complete control" over their own site? And isn't some basic HTML knowledge far more than enough to "add, remove, or copy text, pictures, blablabla"? And isn't it ALWAYS all online unless you do as I do and write your codes in Notepad..? Uhhhh... this guy's services are as redundant as salt in sweet pancakes O.o;;;

I would send him a blank reply with an attached photo of the lobster machine.
