Are we allowed to have For Trade/Offer??

I know we are not allowed to sell anything on th site (like to post "for sale"). I see a lot of people posting "For Trade" or "For offer". Is this allowed? I want to make sure this is okay because I posted some items up for trade and don't want to get into trouble.

Trading is okay. Sales go into the RS Shop.
