Why is my gallery exposing itself???
When I manage my artwork, I include the cost so that I have a reference in how much I spend and so on. I also keep a separate copy, so I'm good in that area also. The problem is that when I set a gallery password, all my private info started showing up on all my cels, including the prices (something I DON'T want posted!) So I had to go thru all my cels and delete the costs so that it wouldn't show up. Has anyone else had this happen and how do I fix it so that it doesn't show up again??? I posted a fake amount on my first IY-InuYasha cel so you can see what I mean. Thanks so much!

ARG!!!! Nevermind - must have been a bug or something because now it's gone. But I won't be putting the $$$ back just because I've spent too much time already dealing with this little dilemma.
If you are logged into the "private area" of your gallery, the prices will show up. This isn't the same as logging into your account to add cels, etc. You would have to actually go to your gallery, click on private area, and enter the gallery password. So, if you have cels hidden that you're only going to show to those who ask, but you don't want them to see the price, it's best not to enter the prices in. Did that help?
Thanks klet - it does help. Trust my RS ignorance to screw up my gallery that I've worked really hard to keep organized...I'm breathing easier now that I got it under control.
