Make Your Own Caption

I just went through my gallery and changed some captions to reflect not what is actually going on in the scene, but rather some silly, totally unrelated thing that could be used to describe the image out of context. So that made me wonder if we could do that on a more global level? What if there was some central place where a Rubberslug user could post a cel image and other users could post a funny, enlightening, or just plain weird caption about it? Then we all could look and see what sick things everyone else came up with to describe the image. I think this would especially be fun on cels for which you don't know the series at all.

Anyway, this would have no real purpose other than fun, so I know there are other things on the site that deserve higher priority. Also, I'm just throwing out the start of an idea - I don't know how it would work exactly. Like, would people submit cels they want to include, and it displays one at a time, picking a new one weekly or monthly? Or maybe all submissions are shown at the same time and people can add a caption to any they want.

I guess I'm asking for two things. First, to Jason, is this feasible without a ton of work? And second, to everyone else, does this sound like a good idea. Because I could see it being a lot of programming work if no one really wants it. But I thought I'd throw it out there and see what people thought.
